Qualifications

Exhibits business acumen.
Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment via the NMLS.

Responsibilities

Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion.
Develop customer relationships by providing a memorable experience and understanding needs.
Gain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources to guide the team.
Lead a consultative sales process and identify financial needs for customers.
Develop an integrated book of business strategy with best banker assignments for ongoing support.
Lead a team that reinforces our Core Values and One Bank culture.
Participate in community activities and follow company policies.
