Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Michigan is seeking a Financial Center Manager Trainee to join a comprehensive onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Preferred and Sales & Operations Management.

After completing the training, you will be placed into a Financial Center while developing a leadership book of business, strengthening customer relationships, and applying a consultative selling approach to meet clients’ financial needs.

Qualifications

• College degree or two years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Ability to coach sales activities and lead teams.
• Sound business acumen and decision-making ability.
• NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding activities and certification.
• Deepen consumer and small-business relationships with clients.
• Acquire knowledge of products, processes, and resources to guide the team.
• Lead with a consultative sales process to identify financial needs.
• Develop an integrated book of business and assign bankers for ongoing support.
• Source, coach, and lead a team aligned with core values.
• Collaborate with partners to foster a One-Bank culture.
• Participate in community service activities.
• Adhere to code of conduct and policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
