Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA onboarding and rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management.
• Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources.
• Lead and develop a team in a One Bank culture to proactively collaborate with partners.
