You will deepen customer relationships, learn product knowledge, and master consultative selling while aligning teams to Fifth Third’s core values.

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS.

Responsabilités

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with proactive support across channels.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture and collaboration with business partners.
• Participate in community and service activities.
• Follow Code of Conduct and related policies.
