Job summary

The role starts with a structured onboarding, rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and more to prepare for a Financial Center Manager position. You will build lasting customer relationships, gain product knowledge, and develop leadership and consultative selling skills to guide a team and drive performance

Qualifications

• College degree or two+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to completion.
• Deepen consumer and small business relationships by delivering a memorable experience.
• Learn and apply Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with FNA assignments.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategy.
• Collaborate with partners to foster a One Bank culture and community impact.
