Fulton Bank in Allentown, NJ is seeking a customer-centric professional to lead the financial center's service-to-sales approach. This full-time role (~40 hours/week) is based at 20 North Main Street and requires scheduling around branch hours (no Sundays).

• 3+ years related business or sales experience.
• 1+ years supervisor or team leader.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive proactive sales conversations with outbound calls and inbound inquiries; schedule appointments; engage customers in the lobby to identify opportunities.
• Maintain risk and compliance within regulations and company policies; exercise sound judgment.
• Use the CRM to build relationships, onboard new customers, and grow existing accounts; enhance team CRM proficiency.
• Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to build a high-performing team; participate in talent selection, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Participate in off-site networking events and community initiatives to strengthen brand and drive growth.
