Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a full-time Financial Center Associate at our Hamilton Street location in Allentown, PA. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, handling both service and sales needs, and building trusted advisor relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include assisting with teller transactions, opening new accounts, and driving referrals while leveraging CRM tools. A high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service or sales experience are required,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• 1 year or more experience handling teller transactions preferred.
• Cash handling experience 6–12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and per bank policy.
• Drive proactive sales conversations and referrals via inbound/outbound interactions and lobby engagements.
• Use CRM and other resources to build relationships and onboard new customers.
• Open new accounts, perform maintenance requests, and support operational activities.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies.
• Promote digital solutions to support customers’ banking needs.
