Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or sales experience required.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Foster relationship-building conversations using CRM to onboard new customers and expand existing relationships.
• Open new accounts and perform customer maintenance while supporting sales and teller duties.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies; exercise sound judgment.
