Qualifications

• 3+ years of related business or sales experience; supervision experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations and identify opportunities in outbound calls.
• Maintain risk/compliance practices and adhere to regulations and policies.
• Use CRM to build relationships and onboard new customers while expanding existing ones.
• Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to build a high-performing team.
• Participate in off-site events and community initiatives to strengthen brand.
