The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, a strong understanding of job costing, raw materials accounting, vendor management, and routine financial reporting.Key Responsibilities1. Daily Bookkeeping & General LedgerMaintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, ensuring proper categorization of all revenues and operational expenses.Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and line of credit balances on a weekly and monthly basis.Prepare, record, and post standard journal entries for routine accruals, prepaid expenses, and asset depreciation.2. Manufacturing & Inventory AccountingManage inventory tracking within QuickBooks, including Raw Materials, Work-in-Process (WIP), and Finished Goods.Perform Job Costing analysis: allocate labor, freight, direct materials, and overhead costs to specific production runs or customer orders.Conduct monthly physical inventory counts/audits and reconcile discrepancies against QuickBooks balances.Process bill of materials (BOM) entries, assembly builds, and inventory adjustments.3.
