Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience with job costing, BOM, WIP, and inventory valuation methods.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
• BA or AS in Accounting/Finance; degree preferred.
• QB Certification or AIPB certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain General Ledger and reconcile bank, credit card, and line of credit accounts.
• Manage inventory in QuickBooks (RM, WIP, FG).
• Process AP/PO matching and vendor payments, capturing early payment discounts.
• Generate monthly financial statements for management and assist CPA during audits.
