FactSet is seeking an Implementation Specialist to deploy and optimize our Analytics solutions for investment professionals. You will lead client engagements, configure modules, build reports, train users, and ensure data quality across deployments.

This role requires a strong technical background and a track record with FactSet Analytics tools, plus the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions. Expect a hybrid work arrangement and travel as part of the role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with FactSet's Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background with hands-on problem solving.
• Proven ability to write complex screening codes and customize solutions.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Provide product guidance on solutioning processes based on customer needs.
• Create user workflow specifications and report specifications for clients.
