Job summary

The incumbent will perform funds allocation, develop sound financial practices, and collaborate with vendors and clients to automate applications while adhering to accounting principles. Security clearance must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Financial Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of specialized experience.
• Prior experience with the US Navy’s ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial management and funds allocation tasks, supporting major IT systems.
• Contribute to the establishment and integration of sound financial business practices within the client’s financial systems.
• Identify potential challenges and devise strategic solutions through analysis.
• Collaborate with specialists, automation experts, contractors, vendors, and clients to transform requirements into automated applications.
• Apply tools and methodologies to automate financial applications while ensuring accounting compliance.
