Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 7+ years of recent DoD/DON program management or financial analysis experience.
• The degree can be waived with 10+ years of relevant DoD/DON experience.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Proven experience supervising contractor personnel in a government contracting environment.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience briefing senior leadership and liaising with military, government, and civilian personnel.
• Know-how to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced setting with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with DoD/DON budget cycles, POM development, and federal regs (FMR, FMPM).
• Experience executing DON IT procurement actions with compliance to regs.
• Experience with Navy ERP and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Budget formulation and defense support for program reviews and documentation.
• Track IT expenditures and manage budget data in PBIS-IT and NAVITAS.
• Coordinate data with stakeholders and DFAS for data reconciliation.
• Lead workload for the BFM’s analyst team and maintain task trackers.
