Job Title: Financial Analyst - Hilton New York Times Square

The Hilton New York Times Square (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/nyctshh-hilton-times-square/) is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team.

Location and Hotel Overview

Located at the heart of Times Square, this upscale hotel features 44 stories, 478 rooms, and newly renovated food and beverage outlets with breathtaking views of Times Square.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in hotel finance, accounts payable, and revenue auditing, along with a degree in Finance or Accounting, is preferred.

Shift Pattern and Compensation

Shift Pattern: Daytime

Pay Range: $33.65 - $37.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and support outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
• Collaborate with SSCs and resolve disputes.
• Participate in monthly account production and month-end responsibilities.
• Maintain internal controls over revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Support special projects, training, and development.
• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with finance and corporate departments.
• Research and respond to internal requests for information.
• Follow safety and health regulations.
