Job Description - Financial Analyst - Hilton New York Times Square (HOT0BK66)

Location: Located at the heart of Times Square, this upscale hotel soars 44 stories above Manhattan, offers 478 rooms, and features newly renovated food and beverage outlets with breathtaking views of Times Square.

Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel finance, accounts payable, revenue auditing, and a degree in Finance or Accounting.

Shift Pattern: Day time

Pay Range: $33.65 - $37.50 / hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform activities supporting Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting functions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, charge inquiries, and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with SSCs and service providers to resolve disputes.
  • Assist in the production of monthly accounts and complete month-end responsibilities.
  • Maintain internal controls over revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
  • Participate in special projects, training, and development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Report results and help others understand financial matters.
  • Develop cooperative relationships with finance and corporate departments.
  • Work with managers to set goals and prioritize tasks.
  • Attend relevant staff meetings.
  • Research and respond to information requests.
  • Follow safety, fire, and health regulations.
