Job Description - Housekeeping Manager - Tempo New York Times Square (HOT0BKCH)

We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager for our stunning property featuring 661 rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Times Square. The sky lobby on the 11th floor offers communal workspaces, a fitness center, and hydration station.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards for guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient room availability for guests.
  • Overseeing systems use, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement.
  • Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
  • Conducting room inspections and recruiting, interviewing, and training staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping management experience in a similar-sized property.
  • Experience managing Local 6 unionized team members.
  • Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Pattern: Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $75,000 annually
