Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Sr. Analyst FP&A to join the BI team, supporting agencies and CFO under the Creative Pillar. You will consolidate financials, analyze variances, and produce budget/forecast presentations, reporting to the FP&A Manager.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, automation improvements, and translating financial reports for business leads, with a focus on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required.
• Minimum 3+ years of analytical experience with accountability to drive results.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Collect agency projections and ensure accuracy before consolidating.
• Consolidate financials and analyze variances.
• Gather business development data through Salesforce including pitches.
• Perform complex variance analysis of actuals vs forecast/budget.
• Provide client profitability reporting and insights on margins.
• Create HFM templates for agency use in presentations.
• Produce budget/forecast presentations.
