Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Finance Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting from the Chicago office in a hybrid role. You will work with Finance Directors to analyze results and produce insightful reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Chicago office 4x/wk hybrid schedule.
• Relevant internship experience and/or 1+ years of work experience considered.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables).
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and generating insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and budgeting support for business units.
• Analyze monthly and annual financial results with variance commentary.
• Ensure data accuracy in financial software (HFM & Anaplan).
• Develop and update financial reports and share with stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic planning across Finance and other departments.
