Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Chicago is seeking a Sr. Analyst FP&A to join the BI team supporting agencies and the CFO under the Creative Pillar. The role reports to the FP&A Manager and emphasizes rigorous analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across P&L and headcount.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of analytical experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Salesforce and Smartview. On-site in Chicago with opportunities to optimize financial reporting and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with strong analytical skills and accountability to drive results.
• Ability to adapt to changes in scope and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player and proactive problem-solver.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Smartview; media experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect agency projections and ensure accuracy before consolidation.
• Consolidate financials and perform variance analysis for P&L and headcount.
• Gather business development data in Salesforce for pitches and trend analysis.
• Produce budget/forecast presentations and create HFM templates for agencies.
