The position emphasizes use of modern technology, including AI tools in Excel and data platforms like Snowflake, to deliver actionable insights for leadership and support month-end closes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, business, economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of full-time corporate experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude in Excel) for modeling and analysis.
• Knowledge of Workday and Snowflake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate financial models, forecast variances, and strategic recommendations to FP&A, accounting, treasury, and leaders.
• Evaluate KPI trends and actuals vs. budget for dynamic forecasts and reports.
• Support month-end close activities with journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations in Workday.
• Leverage AI tools and data platforms to build dynamic models and streamline reporting processes.
• Assist treasury with cash flow analysis and working capital metrics.
• Prepare executive materials for monthly financial reviews.
