Job summary

Rosnet LLC is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Kansas City, MO, to build the FP&A function from the ground up. You’ll move us to rolling forecasts, driver-based modeling, and board-ready reporting while partnering with finance leadership.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in FP&A or related roles, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and an interest in AI/automation to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2–5 years in FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• Interest in applying AI tools to automate finance work.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget process and long-range financial model.
• Build rolling forecasts and driver-based revenue forecasting.
• Perform monthly budget-to-actual and variance analysis.
• Create financial models and reporting packages for management and board.
• Develop customer/unit economics data and segment analysis.
• Collaborate across Rillet, Maxio, and HubSpot to reconcile data.
• Explore AI-driven automation to improve forecasting and insights.
