Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience required
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with analytical software (Excel, Alteryx, Tableau) and experience with Workday/Adaptive Planning a plus

Responsibilities

• Update monthly and long-term financial forecast models
• Support budget process and planning in Workday and Adaptive Planning
• Lead budget discussions with departments for aligned budgets
• Analyze variances and trends; prepare reports for leadership
• Create pro-forma reports for new initiatives
• Assist departments with budget questions and amendments
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
