Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. You will support planning, forecasting, and reporting, while building robust financial models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. The role emphasizes SaaS metrics, variance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will leverage AI tools and modern planning platforms to drive speed, accuracy, and insight in financial commentary and decision support. A data-driven mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and insights for management.
• Support annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain forecasting and operating models across financial statements.
• Develop and analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, net retention).
• Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and exp. management.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and board-ready presentations.
• Identify variances, risks, and opportunities and propose actions.
• Assist in resource planning and business case analyses for initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools and planning platforms to improve speed and quality of insights.
• Contribute to process improvements in reporting and planning.
