Job summary

Sharp Decisions in Riverview, FL is seeking an invoicing audit and analytics professional for a 1-year contract with potential extension. You will audit invoices against contracts, validate rates, hours and bids, and ensure invoicing aligns with available backing data.

You will collaborate with operations, provide clear feedback on approvals or rejections, maintain logs, train approvers, and build KPI dashboards plus spend and project analysis across multiple reporting streams.

Responsibilities

• Audit invoices to contracts, job scopes and bids validating rates, hours, contractor badging, materials, fees, etc.
• Ensure hours invoiced are supported by hours in Alert Badge In/Out system
• Collaborate with operations to obtain scope clarity and bids to compare invoicing for auditing and analysis
• Provide detailed feedback to operations on invoice status for approval or rejection with reasons
• Process resubmitted invoices from Contractors with new backup
• Maintain log for invoicing data to organize and track each invoice activity and status
• Provide training feedback to invoice approvers
• Create and maintain reporting with KPI and scorecard reporting
• Maintain various analysis reporting on spend trends, headcounts, etc.
• Create analysis and reporting on projects
• All other audit and analysis related requests

• Audit invoicing to the corresponding contracts, job scopes and bids validating rates, hours, contractor badging, materials, fees, etc.
• Ensure hours being invoiced are supported by hours in Alert Badge In/Out system
• Collaborate with operations to obtain clarity on scopes and bids to compare invoicing to help perform auditing tasks and analysis
• Provide detailed feedback to operations as to status of invoice if ready for approval or if invoice should be rejected with explanation for rejection
• Process resubmitted invoices from Contractors with new backup support
• Maintain log for invoicing inputting data to organize and track each invoice activity and various status stages
• Provide training feedback to invoice approvers
• Create and maintain reporting with KPI and scorecard reporting
• Maintain various analysis reporting on spend trends, headcounts, etc.
• Create analysis and reporting on projects
• All other audit and analysis related requests
