Job summary

You will collaborate with data operations and external vendors, monitor ISIR processing, and support training and outreach to students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years of financial aid experience with Title IV regulations.
• Experience with Banner and CampusLogic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train student employees in the Financial Aid Systems team.
• Address issues affecting students’ financial aid processes and provide problem-solving support.
• Collaborate with the SEM Data Operations team to test, refine, and implement improved processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors for system troubleshooting, upgrades, and new features (e.g., ELMONE, CPS, EDconnect).
• Oversee system updates, testing, and regression testing after updates or configuration changes.
