Community College of Allegheny County seeks a Financial Aid Representative to handle the full financial aid lifecycle for students from entry to transfer/degree completion. The role is fully in-person on the North Campus and requires strong customer service and organizational skills.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree preferred and at least three years of relevant experience. The position operates during standard college hours with potential evenings and weekends.

• Preference for more than minimum experience in a highly automated financial aid office.

Mansioni

• Interact with students by phone, in person, and virtually to explain financial aid eligibility and procedures.
• Assist in preparing and presenting information about federal financial aid, scholarships, employment and grants at meetings and workshops.
• Perform daily duties: loan certification prep, scanning documents into Perceptive Content, FAFSA appointments, and managing inquiries.
