Responsibilities

• Handle the complete financial aid life cycle from entry to completion.
• Explain aid programs and eligibility to students and families.
• Prepare federal aid information and conduct FAFSA appointments.
• Analyze system reports and notify students of changes.
• Support outreach, reporting, and monitoring activities.
• Supervise temporary staff and train personnel.
• Perform other duties as required.
