Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum two years of professional work experience in financial aid.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • NASFAA credential for Packaging & Aid Notification, Direct Loans, Federal Pell Grant Program, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and oversee awarding and packaging of federal financial aid; perform mass and manual packaging.
  • Direct supervision of the Financial Support Coordinator, Loans; provide leadership and oversight.
  • Perform specialized processing activities including administration of tuition waivers, death protocols, and tracking adjustments.
  • Manage and review packaging-related reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Support loan administration through certification, eligibility review, processing, and compliance.
  • Maintain and update student financial aid records and service indicators.
  • Other duties as assigned.
