Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of experience in student financial services, higher education, or a highly regulated financial industry or complex business environment

Responsibilities

• Advise students and families on financial aid options and eligibility.
• Package financial aid and review award notifications.
• Manage tuition billing, payment plans, and refunds.
• Use Banner, Slate, Touchnet and Creighton Connect for processing.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Education Title IV regulations and related policies.
