Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree or 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of Title IV administration.
• Familiar with VA benefits.
• Knowledge of current federal financial aid regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students on funding sources and introduce financial aid during tours.
• Assist students with questions regarding FAFSA and loans.
• Check NSLDS for loan statuses.
• Conduct entrance/exit interviews and testing as required by Title IV regulations.
• Complete re-entry and subsequent packaging accurately.
• Assist Director of Financial Aid in final review of completed files.
• Assist Director of Financial Aid with clearing exception reports.
• Assist Director with preparing reports for Campus President and Support Center.
• Comply with Federal regulations per Federal Student Aid Handbook.
• Establish and maintain a high-performing team through training and development.
