Responsibilities include managing a student portfolio, educating on FAFSA, loans, and scholarships, and collaborating across Admissions, Student Services, and Accounting to support starts and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Guide students from initial contact through ongoing support and submit required documentation.
• Deliver a positive experience by showing compassion and guiding next steps on time.
• Identify concerns and offer solutions to overcome barriers to starting or continuing school.
• Explain company benefits and ensure understanding to gain agreement.
• Administer student financial aid accurately per federal/state regulations.
• Educate students about FAFSA, loans, scholarships, and alternative funding options.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Student Services, Education, Employment Services, and Accounting to improve show rates and persistence.
• Execute timely follow-up and help students achieve financial aid milestones.
• Manage a portfolio of students using established tools and processes.
• Assess likelihood of starting or continuing education and project upcoming starts.
