Job summary

University at Buffalo is seeking an Associate Director of Systems and Funds Management to lead the Office of Financial Aid's systems team. You will oversee testing, optimization, and maintenance of the Oracle PeopleSoft Student Information System, while analyzing FAFSA, packaging, and scholarship data to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of financial aid experience or Master's degree with 1 year required.
• Demonstrated experience with student information systems and federal financial aid platforms.
• Experience leading a systems/functional team in a higher education financial aid environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the systems team in testing, optimizing, and maintaining Oracle PeopleSoft Student Information System processing.
• Analyze data related to FAFSA completion, packaging, and scholarship strategy to inform decisions.
• Direct budget projections and expenditure analysis across State, Federal, Institutional, and UB Foundation accounts.
