Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working directly with students and families in Financial Aid.
• Working knowledge of Title IV financial aid regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through the financial aid process from FAFSA to award packaging.
• Review applications and determine eligibility for federal, state, and institutional aid.
• Award and adjust aid packages in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Counsel students and families via appointments, calls, email, and virtual tools.
• Manage verification files, resolve discrepancies, and submit corrections.
• Collaborate across departments to support enrollment and retention.
• Present at orientations and information sessions.
• Support exit counseling for withdrawals or graduations.
• Contribute to team initiatives and university events.
