The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and strong reliability, teamwork, and communication skills, with familiarity of CampusVue and Title IV regulations being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated ability in dependability, teamwork, decision making, communication, time management, work ethic, accuracy, and innovation.
• Knowledge of Federal and State funding programs is helpful.
• Knowledge of Title IV regulations is helpful.
• Experience with CampusVue software is helpful.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours including day, evening, and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with filling out the FAFSA.
• Determine students' Title IV eligibility.
• Create cost estimates and explain funding options to students and parents.
• Work with students to obtain necessary documentation for aid processing if selected for verification.
• Review weekly reports to ensure all students' financial aid has been processed.
• Submit financial aid packages by established deadlines.
• Ensure a low rate of return due to errors on all submitted packages.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to student inquiries.
