Responsibilities

• Assist the student with filling out the FAFSA.
• Determine the student's title IV eligibility.
• Create cost estimates and explain funding options.
• Work with students to obtain necessary documentation for aid.
• Review weekly reports to ensure processing.
• Submit financial aid packages by deadlines.
• Ensure a low rate of return due to errors.
• Provide excellent customer service.
