You will develop, negotiate, and finalize financial aid packages, counsel prospective and current students, collaborate with admissions and finance teams, and maintain accurate records to support audits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; related education preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a post-secondary institution.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state Title IV regulations.
• Familiarity with CampusVue or similar student information system.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic financial aid counseling to prospective and current students, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Leveraging knowledge of financial aid programs to optimize student support and enrollment processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and streamline financial aid operations.
• Contributing to students' financial well-being by offering clear guidance on aid options and processes.
• Fostering a professional environment that supports student success and institutional standards.
• Develop, negotiate, and finalize student financial aid plans in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Provide comprehensive counseling on financial aid options and obligations based on acceptance and enrollment status.
• Maintain accurate records of financial aid activities to support audits.
