- Deliver expert guidance on financial aid planning, ensuring students are well-informed about their options and obligations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial aid activities to ensure compliance and facilitate audits
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues related to financial aid packaging and disbursement
- Stay updated on changes to financial aid regulations and policies to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field is preferred
- Basic knowledge of federal and state regulations impacting Title IV funding
- Familiarity with CampusVue or similar student information systems is preferred
- Previous experience working with and technical knowledge of student financial aid programs is highly desirable
- Minimum of two years' experience in a post-secondary institution, demonstrating expertise in financial aid processes and compliance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively support students and uphold institutional standards
