  • Two years' experience in a post-secondary institution.
  • Familiarity with federal/state regulations impacting Title IV funding.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial aid programs and planning.
  • Ability to maintain compliance and prepare documentation for audits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial aid counseling to prospective and current students.
  • Advise on financial aid options based on acceptance and enrollment.
  • Develop, negotiate, and finalize financial aid plans in compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and facilitate audits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on changes to financial aid regulations.
