Job summary

College of Health Care Professions in Fort Worth Campus is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team. In this fast-paced on-campus role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, discuss career goals, and connect candidates with CHCP’s programs.

You will conduct interviews, campus tours, and assessments, help with financial aid introductions, and ensure compliance with state and national rules.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic and outgoing communication with a knack for getting to know people.
• Have a strong sense of ethics and be compliance driven
• Superior organizational and problem resolution skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive outbound and inbound calls to connect with prospective students.
• Schedule and conduct daily interviews, campus tours, arrange entrance assessments, introduce to financial aid, and review eligibility for admission.
• Explain our health care programs, outcomes, and student services to students, parents, and support networks.
• Follow tools and resources while complying with national/state rules to understand prospect goals.
• Attend new hire and ongoing training and stay aligned with enrollment goals and policies.
• Forecast projected new students with campus leadership to support educational outcomes.
• Maintain contact with new students and conduct follow-up meetings to ensure success.
• Become a registered Admission Representative with the Texas Workforce Commission.
• Be a team player excited to work at CHCP and contribute to a top workplace.
