CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions) in Dallas is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team on campus. The role guides prospective students through admissions, career matching, and enrollment, coordinating interviews, campus tours, assessments, and financial aid introductions.

You will make outbound and inbound calls, forecast new student numbers with campus leadership, participate in open houses and career days, and stay current with program requirements.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year experience in admissions recruitment or relevant sales experience.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic and outgoing communication with a knack for getting to know people.
• Strong ethics and compliance-driven.
• Superior organizational and problem resolution skills.
• MS Office and reporting systems experience required.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive outbound and inbound calls to connect with prospective students and explain CHCP offerings.
• Schedule and conduct daily interviews, campus tours, entrance assessments, and introduce to financial aid.
• Explain health care educational programs, outcomes, and student services to students, parents, and supporters.
• Attend online and on-campus training and participate in ongoing development.
• Forecast projected new students with campus leadership to support enrollment goals.
• Follow up with applicants to ensure their success and progress.
