Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services is preferred.
• Experience in financial services and/or sales is required or strongly preferred.
• Licensing, registrations or certifications in financial services are anticipated.
• Professional or military career progression is considered relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients through face-to-face and virtual sourcing.
• Understand clients’ needs to develop personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experiences and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging branch environment based on trust, respect and accountability.
