- Experience with finance transformation and operating model design.
- Knowledge of ERP/EPM systems, financial reporting, and data flows.
- Understanding of data governance and enterprise data management practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-term transformation strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Finance.
- Align finance technology, data, and process initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Oversee Finance PMO governance, prioritization, execution, and reporting of strategic initiatives.
- Drive standardization, automation, controls, and efficiency across Finance operations.
- Collaborate with Technology and enterprise stakeholders on AI strategy and adoption.
