Raymond James seeks an IT Director of Financial Systems in Florida to drive strategy, delivery and optimization of enterprise finance platforms. You will lead EPM, ERP, and related domains, partnering with Finance leadership to modernize processes and data across the organization.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on governance, transformation programs, and a focus on security, controls, and operational excellence. Hybrid work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting.
• 10+ years in Financial Systems, ERP/EPM leadership, or enterprise tech.
• Experience moving to and supporting cloud EPM/ERP platforms.
• Trusted advisor to senior Finance and business leaders.
• Strong vendor management and system integrator leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic technology partner to Finance leadership, enabling outcomes with modern financial systems.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle for General Ledger, AP, Revenue Management, and Billing.
• Oversee multi‑year finance transformation programs with governance and alignment.
• Champion AI and intelligent automation to streamline processes and insights.
• Build and lead high‑performing financial systems teams and partners.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and cost optimization.
• Ensure internal controls, data quality, security, and resiliency with KPIs.
