Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years managerial experience in a retail financial services firm.
• SIE required; Series 7 and 63 required or to be obtained within 12 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid to large projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Document and implement programs or processes for major function segments (e.g., legal, compliance, operations).
• Coordinate with IT and leadership to support critical initiatives and policy updates.
• Lead transitions and roundtables; liaison to other teams to improve processes.
