Job summary

Lindblad Expeditions seeks a Directors of Finance Transformation & Systems to modernize our financial platform, processes, and data environment. You will bridge Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, owning core financial applications and driving automation and controls.

This senior leader will set the Finance systems strategy and roadmap, lead enterprise transformation programs, and ensure scalable, well-governed systems that support timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance transformation and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading at least one ERP implementation or large-scale finance transformation program.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, business cases, and governance models.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction, governance, and optimization of key financial systems and tools.
• Oversee system configurations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with proper testing and controls.
• Partner with IT to ensure reliable data flows, performance, and issue resolution across platforms.
• Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives focused on automation, simplification, and standardization.
