Job summary

Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a Director of Hotel Business Development to drive long-term growth of Hotel Operations. You will partner with the SVP to translate priorities into scalable plans, aligning with brand and financial standards.

Role spans integration for new charters, vessels, and M&A, with responsibility for guest experience, supply chain, and cross-department collaboration to boost efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in hospitality, cruise, travel, operations, strategy, consulting, or business transformation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and multi-unit initiatives is highly preferred.
• Experience with vessel integration, newbuilds, acquisitions, charters, or hospitality openings is a plus.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, business cases, budgeting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hotel Operations integration for new charters, vessels, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to translate priorities into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Develop readiness plans for new vessels, programs, and partnerships to ensure successful launches.
• Provide executive-level analyses, presentations, and decision materials for senior leadership.
• Support CAPEX planning, budgeting, and financial reporting in partnership with Accounting and Finance.
• Oversee brand governance across shipboard operations and partner channels.
