Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to own the administration and optimization of core finance systems, with a strong focus on ERP configuration, access controls, and process improvement. The role will support finance transformation initiatives across the order-to-cash cycle while partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen system performance, compliance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years as a finance system administrator with NetSuite and related tools.
• Hands-on IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in data migration and ERP integrations, especially with Advanced Revenue Management.
• Administrator-level knowledge of privileged access and custom workflows in NetSuite.
• Familiarity with ITGCs and compliance in SOC, ISO, and SOX environments.
• Experience with project management tools such as GitHub and Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the ERP system and finance business systems.
• Manage system configuration, customization, and compliance with change management processes.
• Develop workflows, custom fields, and scripts to optimize system performance.
• Oversee user access management and segregation of duties reviews.
• Lead finance transformation projects across the order-to-cash cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance business processes.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights from finance data.
