Job summary

CSC is seeking a Senior Director of the Finance Transformation Office to lead strategic, enterprise-wide finance transformations. You will design, govern, and execute multi-year initiatives spanning finance systems, processes, and operating models, partnering with finance and technology leaders across a global, matrixed organization.

The role requires deep expertise in ERP/EPM programs, data governance, and building scalable finance capabilities to drive efficiency, transparency, and decision

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, finance systems, or finance consulting.
• 7+ years leading finance transformation programs.
• End-to-end large-scale finance transformation delivery (ERP/EPM) in a global, multi-entity org.
• Deep knowledge of core finance processes (record-to-report, planning, consolidation, controls).
• Experience with governance and benefits tracking in finance transformations.

Responsibilities

• Set a multi-year finance transformation strategy aligned to growth and scalability goals.
• Drive alignment between finance transformation and enterprise initiatives across Finance Ops, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Reporting.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery including ERP/EPM implementations and operating model changes.
• Establish governance, escalation paths, and KPI-driven performance measurement.
• Lead change management and communications to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
