Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
7+ years of cross-functional project management and transformation experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with ERP/EPM/CRM platforms and analytics tools.
Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, and similar.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Finance initiatives from discovery to delivery.
Map processes, document requirements, and align stakeholders across Finance functions.
Own project plans, milestones, risks, and governance with executive visibility.
Foster AI/automation adoption within Finance with governance and security considerations.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate with technical teams.
